Second week

July 20th , The day of my birthday and the end of the second week of the Temple program. This week was nothing but writing for me. From writing editorials , blogs,and finishing biographies, it was fun though it lets me get better at my writing skills. There was nothing that I didn't like this week it was just a work week we had interviews, more writing, editing pictures and I guess you can call it role playing. Hopefully I get paid later on.

First Week

In coming to this program I was very nervous because I didn’t know what I was getting into, I was asked by my spanish teacher and she basically forced me into the program without me really knowing what it was, but when she told me I got in I didn’t really know if I should be mad that I would have to write all day or I should be glad that I will be getting paid for doing it. The first week in the temple university program I noticed that we didn’t just write but we take pictures and interview people also.

The thing I like about this program is that I get to work better on my writing skills, learn how to take more and better pictures, and when we interview people like the man on the street task we had to do it get me better at talking to people more and not being shy as much.

The thing I don’t like about this program is not really a big thing but that the lunch break is only 30 minutes and it takes a couple minutes to get to the place and a while to get the food and by the time we get it its kinda time to leave and go back. Other then that I’ve enjoyed my week being here.
